The Fontana Bellagio Build In Wood Pizza Oven features generous dimensions, almost professional, so is perfect for lovers of Italian food and cooking with family and friends. The 80×80 cm cooking surface allows cooking up to 5 pizzas comfortably and over 5 kg of bread. Furthermore, the high thickness stainless steel vault allows to reach the high temperatures necessary for the cooking of a real pizza in a very short time and with very little wood. In addition, the cooking surface of the Bellagio which is 3 cm thick refractory material is there for the slow and delicate release of the heat as per tradition.
Above all, the massive insulation in ceramic fiber and natural rock wool allow to keep the temperature for a long time. This also reduces the wood consumption. The insulation at the base of the oven allows its positioning even on delicate materials without any risk. The equipment is completed with a lid, with a large viewing window of the oven. This is there for the most comfortable cooking of all dishes such as roasts, bread, desserts; the handles in anti-scald material, and the thermometer for the most precise control of the cooking temperature.

Fontana ovens are delivered on one film-wrapped pallet complete with printed assembly instructions and can weigh up to 200 kilos. Fontana ovens are delivered assembled but the carts for Fontana ovens will required assembly. We recommend that two people are required to position Fontana ovens either on to their carts or on to the structure where they will be positioned in use.
Fontana Forni's transport providers will deliver your Fontana oven to the nearest vehicular access point at the delivery address and are under no obligation to transport the oven or any of its components any nearer to the desired location at the delivery address.
