Simply use the recipes as a step-by-step guide to produce spectacular dishes without too much fuss, or as a launch pad for creating dishes using it's inspiration. The recipes are divided up into five different themed categories each aimed at a separate set of circumstances to take into account factors such as short of time or plenty of time.
The 50 recipes have been collected by and shared by South African chef and food editor Anke Roux to show just how versatile a Cobb BBQ can be taking inspiration from her travels around the world to creating recipes that offer something for everyone no matter how expert or amateur.
