The Cobb Dome Extension and Chicken Roasting Stand - Premier / Pro / Compact / Premier Gas raises the height of the dome of a Cobb barbecue by 8cm/ 2 1/2 inches with the extension increasing the capacity of the dome allowing the cooking of larger joints of meat.
Included with the Dome Extension is a Chicken Roasting Stand for roasting a chicken in an upright position within the Dome Extension ensuring that poultry will cook evenly from the both inside and out to reduce roasting times as well as enhancing the flavour, not over drying the meat, and crisping the skin.
The Chicken Roasting Stand is designed to fit onto the Grill Grid with each of it's legs sitting at 3,6,9 and 12 o'clock and can be packed into the Cobb Carry Bag along with the barbecue.
