The Cadac Titan 4B Black with Side Burner is a stylish, sturdy grill which will accommodate the separately purchasable Cadac "modular system" accessories which allow for a variety of cooking methods.
One of the unique features is the the convenient " easy wash and clean system". The smooth walled porcelain enamelled construction of the fire box and drainage channels flowing to a drip cup outside the cookbox allow the grill to be thoroughly cleaned using oven cleaner or detergent and water eliminating residue build up.
The drip cup can be emptied, wiped clean and easily be replaced into the back of the grill after each use. This will prevent unhygienic, unsightly and dirty interiors of the grill with the added bonus when the inside of the grill is wiped there are no sharp edges that may cut hands.
Separately purchasable "Drop In" modular tops are available to widen the grilling possibilities to help get the best out of a Titan. Lift out one of the 3 cooking grates and simply "drop in" a Baking Stone, Reversible Grill, Warmer pan or Stainless Steel Teppanyaki Plate.
