The Cadac Stainless Steel Teppanyaki Plate is a heavy-duty “tri-ply” made from 304 grade stainless steel to the same specifications as used in professional kitchens.
The “tri-ply” consists of the stainless steel outer layerss sandwiched over aluminum to maximize conductivity of heat to give perfect teppanyaki cooking. Stainless steel handles make the teppanyaki plate easy to remove for cleaning and for serving if required.
Ideal for fish, seafood, beef, vegetables or any other teppanyaki cooking.
