The Cadac Ceramic Baking Stone is a 10mm thick baking stone which will work equally happily as an a stand alone accessory or as addition to a Cadac Meridian or Titan gas grill.
It can be used in electric ovens, charcoal barbecues and gas barbecues (but not gas ovens) to bake pitta bread, pizza or focaccio or similar flat breads.
The Cadac Ceramic Baking Stone is one of the five drop in modular top options available for use with Cadac Titan and Meridian barbecues.
