The Broil King Premium Stainless Steel Smoke and Flavour Infuser is an all stainless steel smoker box is designed to sit on top of the Flav-R-Wave in a Broil King grill or directly on the grill of any barbecue.
With two chambers for twice the smoking power and an integrated air damper hinged lid to regulate smoke quantities produced by the smoker smoking can be tailored to give the results required when filled with the choice of pre-soaked wood chips.
One of the chambers can also be used to hold liquids for added moisture and flavour combining chips and liquid such as beer, cider wine, or lemon juice for endless combinations of flavour.
