The Broil King Baron 590 IR Black Gas BBQ features a 3581 sq. cm primary cooking surface sitting above 5 powerful stainless steel Dual-Tube™ burners, plus a Therma-Cast cast aluminum cookbox, reversible heavy-duty cast iron cooking grids, illuminated control knobs, stainless steel Flav-R-Wave™ cooking system, powerful infrared side burner and an electronic ignition plus includes a full rotisserie kit with a 4.4kW rotisserie burner. The Broil King Baron 490 Black Gas BBQ also features stainless steel drop-down side shelves along with an enclosed cabinet base that has been designed to accommodate a 13kg Patio Gas bottle.
The Flav-R-Cast Iron Cooking Grids have been designed for greater efficiency with superior heat retention created by their tight spacing and shaping giving fantastic searing power to seal in juices for maximum taste. They feature two easily reversable sides with one pointed side concentrating heat creating perfect sear marks on a steak with the flip side grooved for non stop basting, plus include the ability to angle the cooking grids to channel excess cooking juices to the grease tray to minimise the likelihood of flare ups.
The Broil King Baron 590 IR Black Gas BBQ will give both power and performance, while being easy to maintain and live with, featuring urban styling plus a performance package to rival any other grill.
