After years of having cheap bbqs I have have just got the one touch premium boy what a difference in quality to the 40ish ones I have brought in the past. The whole bbq just has a quality feel to it. I am looking forwards to making use of it every week. I would also say that I have no hesitation in recommending bbqworld to anyone the service I have received has been second to none with emails keeping me updated to the status of my order and delivery times to even an email telling me it has been delivered I will be ordering more things in the not too distant future.

Well I bought the one touch by Weber for obvious reasons - popped into the Dawsons dept store whilst in Clitheroe but was struggling to convince my wife that 100+ was a good deal for a charcoal BBQ. Upon arriving home I had finally managed to convince my wife that we should get one but did not fancy a journey back to the store - went on line and ordered - Delivery came next day and as others have said I was notified by mail and text all the way through with delivery arriving exactly as stated - If you are thinking of buying a BBQ DO NOT buy from anywhere else as you will not find better quality or service anywhere. Value for money and excellent customer service is so rare these days we must look after the good guys who strive to deliver and give them our business. . . .

Having searched online for the best deal on a Weber charcoal barbecue I came across bbqworld. Their offer on my preferred barbecue was by far the best around and in addition for only an extra 8 we could get a cover for it. Delivery was free and next day guaranteed if you ordered before 3 pm. Within a few hours of ordering I received an email telling me that my order had been processed and it would be delivered the following day. I was fully expecting to have to hang around all day but to my delight I was also informed that from the morning of deliver I could track the order to see the one hour time slot for my delivery - brilliant. I didnt even need to do that as on the morning of delivery I was emailed to tell me the barbecue would be dropped off between 11.40 and 12.40. Sure enough it arrived bang on time. I Would certainly order from here again and would also recommend. Barbecue was easy to set up my husband tells me and looks great - very good quality. Lets hope the sun shines this weekend so we can use it.

Excellent delivery process. Ordered barbecue Sunday advised on Monday of delivery on Tuesday and advised Tuesday morning of hour slot within which goods would be delivered and arrived within that slot. No endless waiting around. Wish more online shops provided such good service. Havent assembled barbecue yet so unable to review goods yet

Ordered the Weber last Sunday and it arrived at 9am Tuesday morning we were ot on the school run and the driver left it exactly where wed asked. Thanks for the really great service.Now to the barbeque first outling was on Friday evening for a round of sausages burgers and the like. The food was good and the barbeque was easy to use. Second outing today and we went for a whole chicken 1.5hrs on indirect heat and it was sensasional my wife wants to ditch the ovenEasy to clean and the free cover means its not taking up the usual corner in the garage this summer.
