The One Touch Silver gets its name from the cleaning system that makes if different from the Compact Barbeque. A handle on the outside of the barbeque can be rotated to push ash through the holes in the base of the barbeque into the ash catcher below, The ash can then be emptied out into the bin. The build quality of the One Touch Silver is superior to the Compact barbeque with robot welded leg holders and One Touch cleaning system. |

Weber One Touch Gold 47cm Charcoal Barbeque

One of the reasons the Weber One Touch Gold 47cm Charcoal Barbeque is an improvement on the Silver in because the ash catcher is closed. The ash is pushed into a pan using the One Touch cleaning system, the pan can then be unhooked and emptied. The closed ash catcher on the One Touch Gold Barbeque prevents ash being blown around in windy conditions, the One Touch Gold barbeques can go on for longer without having to empty the hot ash, particulary helpful when barbequeing indirectly. The barbeque also features a hinged cooking grate which allows charcoal to be added when barbequing for a length of time and allows temperature to be maintained. |

The barbeque cart has a Thermoset work surface which is resistant to heat, but is a handy area to store food that is about to be barbequed. The barbeque also has a built in tool holder, to hang barbeque utensils and a built in slide a side lid holder, a handy place to store the lid which also acts as a wind deflector. |

| We came back from Canada recently and wanted the kind of decent-sized solid easy-to-use gas BBQ that we had out there. This fits the bill perfectly. Robust construction lights first go ready to cook in less than 10 minutes food cooks swiftly and evenly warming racks great for burger buns grill easy to clean afterwards. It arrived promptly very well packed and with beautifully clear instructions for assembly. Dawsons delivered when we asked them to and kept us posted by email. Couldnt be happier with it all. | |||||

Have had a 47cm Weber for 30 years - bought a couple of replacement parts and donated it to my daughter still life in it yet My new 57cm version made its first appearance at weekend and cooked a whole chicken with sausages etc perfectly - hopefully this one will see me out | |||||

| I just ordered my Weber 57cm One Touch Silver on Sunday evening. By Tuesday 9am it had already been delivered and I had completed setting it up. It now sits boldly on the back patio in this mornings drizzle under the free vinyl cover which came with the order. Just want to say thank you for such great service the best price on the internet free delivery and the running commentary of emails providing me with the full delivery status from your delivery company. I have been using Weber Kettle BBQs for at least 20 years a major brand back in South Africa and so I am sticking to a product I know so well. This is a great oven replacement which used correctly can save you huge amounts on your domestic gas or electricity bill. With just about a dozen standard briquettes using the indirect method of cooking and controlling the temperature using the vents I have been able to roast 2 chickens to perfection. Looking forward to many more roasts and barbeques with neighbours and friends. | |||||
