The Weber Genesis E310 looks great, grills, roasts, bakes and smokes as well as it looks and is built to last in the USA.
Three independent burners provide a flexibility to the control over the heat held in the the porcelain-enamelled cast iron cooking grates making them ideal for searing steaks on one part of the grill when grilling more delicate vegetables on another or maximising the potential of the Genesis E3120 for roasting or baking.
The porcelain-enamelled Flavorizer Bars, which sit directly above the burners, help evaporate the dripping fat back up through the grates to ensure the meat stays juicy and flavoured, as well as preventing flare ups to avoid charring your meat.

Just built my new Weber Genesis E310 BBQ and used it for the first time. Took quite a long time to build however well worth it. The BBQ looks fantastic and cooks the food excellently. Looking forward to inviting our friends round to sample BBQ food which isnt burnt
